Skin goal 03
Hydratatie & Glow
When the skin looks dull or tired — often as preparation or as maintenance within a larger programme.
The approach
Glow isn't a solution, it's a consequence. Well-hydrated, cleansed skin reflects light better — that's what we call "radiant". We work on the surface and the top hydration layer, not on structure.
Hydrafacial cleanses, exfoliates and infuses hydration in a single session of ~45 min. Usable on its own, in cycles, or as support within any other programme. LED reinforces the effect on the barrier side.
How to start
- 1
Skin Strategy Consult — €50. Intake, skin analysis and your personal treatment plan. The amount is deducted from your plan.
- 2
We build your plan, tailored to your skin, goals and lifestyle.
- 3
Only then do we schedule your sessions — never a one-off treatment without a plan.

The journey
Step by step
- 1
Start — baseline
Session 1: measuring the skin state, capturing a baseline photo, choosing the right serum protocol. Immediately visible effect after ~45 min.
- 2
Week 4 — session 2
Second Hydrafacial in a monthly rhythm. The cumulative effect builds up — hydration and glow become more stable between sessions.
- 3
Week 8–12 — session 3 + evaluation
Third session + brief skin update. We evaluate whether the monthly rhythm still fits or whether we switch to a quarterly rhythm.
- 4
Week 12+ — maintenance
Quarterly rhythm (every 12 weeks) or integration within a larger programme. Frequency follows skin need, not the calendar.
Staying honest
What you can and can't expect
No replacement for structural treatments. Hydrafacial isn't aimed at collagen build-up or filling lines — for that we look at a different programme. A glow programme doesn't solve sagging. For ageing skin this is mainly maintenance and glow — a lovely regular ritual alongside a structural programme.
Questions
Good to know
How long does a Hydrafacial last?+
The fresh, hydrated feeling often lasts a few weeks — this varies per skin and lifestyle. As maintenance, a regular cycle works better than isolated sessions.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?+
Preferably not right away — your skin can be a little more sensitive or red after the treatment, so many people prefer to wait a few hours. Avoid aggressive actives (retinol, strong acids) in the 48 hours after.
Does this also work against wrinkles?+
Not directly. Hydration makes your skin look plumper and smoother in the short term, but it isn't the structural approach for wrinkles. For that we look at HIFU, RF or microneedling — we determine this together during your consultation.
Is this your goal?
During your Skin Strategy Consult we determine together whether this approach suits your skin — and in which order.
